This policy explains what data the Piso Zero Bot processes when you interact with it via TikTok direct messages.
- Your TikTok public handle (username) and the content of the direct messages you send to the bot.
- These are processed transiently to generate a reply. Messages are not sold, not shared with third parties, and are not used for advertising.
- We do not store message content long-term.
- We do not require or collect personal identity documents.
- We do not send unsolicited bulk messages.
Message content may be processed by a third-party AI provider solely to generate the reply, under that provider's own data terms. We select providers that do not retain message data for training.
You may request deletion of your data or stop the interaction at any time by simply ceasing to message the bot, or by contacting us at the email above.
